Ben Latreuille co-founded and serves on the board of several award-winning businesses. Ben currently directs Maison Margaux’s design and OS&E offerings, having collaborated with numerous high-profile clients and luxury hotel groups.

Louisa Preskett began her career in New York, working in the fashion industry for Marion Greenberg Inc. Louisa then co-founded Polar Black Events and Maison Margaux, working with luxury brands and venues globally.

Julian Vogel founded and built the multi-award winning communications agency Modus BPCM, working with major luxury brands across London, New York and LA. Founder of Maison Margaux, he leads PR, collaborating with numerous high-profile clients and luxury hotel groups.

Xavier Cadiou founded Polar Black Events London and Paris, working with luxury brands including Dom Pérignon, Hermès and Patek Philippe, as well as high-profile clients across royalty, politics and entertainment. He went on to co-found Maison Margaux, bringing his extensive experience in luxury events and hospitality to the world of tableware and design.

Victoria Latreuille is passionate about design and works closely with clients to create distinctive, characterful spaces that reflect their individual style. Her interior design experience and eye for colour, pattern and detail naturally inform our table and plate designs, bringing a considered and creative approach to every piece.

Jeremy Mobbs is a Founder and Business Lead at Maison Margaux, overseeing the structure and operations of the business and supporting the team across all its projects. He works closely with clients from initial conversations through to delivery, building long-standing relationships across Maison Margaux’s portfolio of luxury hotels, members’ clubs and private clients.
